INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your appointment, our seasoned staff will sit down with you to delve into every aspect of your bespoke jewellery vision, ensuring we capture your unique style and stay within your budget. We offer an extensive range of options, from choosing the perfect metal type to selecting the ideal setting and gemstone.
STONE SELECTION
We're connected to some of the world's most exquisite gemstones and diamonds, ensuring that only the finest materials find their way into your custom piece. Your dedicated gemologist will handpick stones of exceptional quality and beauty to perfectly complement your design.
DESIGN & WAX MODELS
Our jewellery designers will sketch out your design and then our Computer Aided Design (CAD) modellers will recreate your design in 3D exactly to your specifications. We will then create a wax model and send it to you for your approval.
CASTING & SETTING
In our workshop, our seasoned in-house setters take the reins, carefully casting and setting each gemstone into your piece. We pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every facet shines and every stone sits just right.
QUALITY CHECKING
Once the gems are set, our dedicated staff meticulously inspect your piece, searching for even the tiniest flaws in both gemstones and settings. Only the absolute best makes the cut in our workshop, ensuring that every jewellery piece that leaves our hands is nothing short of perfection.
DELIVERY
After passing our rigorous quality check, your piece is delicately nestled into one of our signature Cheshires boxes and securely packaged for its journey to you. You have the option to pick it up at one of our stores, or we can expedite its delivery straight to your doorstep with insured 24-hour shipping for added peace of mind.
